Create your personalized set of Barbie clothes crafted by the hands. They will learn the basics of tailoring and design as well as the importance of up cycling materials to create something new.
Children will learn the basics of tailoring and design including: sketching, fabric selection, taking measurements, fabric cutting and sewing. Participants will leave the workshop with their personalized set of Barbie clothes, crafted with their very own hands.
The workshop will also teach children the importance of sustainability and upcycling materials. They will learn to repurpose old fabrics, buttons, and trims, minimizing waste - creating something new out of something old.
